Opening new artificial field Vesta
They are still working on the buildings but the artificial turf of Vesta, one of Curacao’s oldest football clubs is finished and put to use already!
June 28th, the project was consecrated by Curtis Meris with members of Vesta, FFK and sponsor Refineria Isla present. Sunday June 29th the finals of the international U-11 ABCS tournament and the Veteran Tournament were played at the Vesta location.

For the occasion of “Santa Maria Day”, which celebrates the neighborhood Vesta is located in, several people were awarded for their efforts for the neighborhood, including Vesta’s Nelson Maria and Charles de Windt.
And this week, KNVB Instructor Errol St Jago will give a KNVB Youth Course at the Vesta premises. Way to go Vesta!
