Start Liga MCB First Division on Sunday April 17

The Curacao First Division Liga MCB will start on April 16, 2017. The first match will be Centro Dominguito, champion 2015, against Jong Colombia. The match will start at 18.00 in Stadion Ergilio Hato (SDK). Doors are open at 16.00 hours. 

The Liga MCB matches will be played in both SDK and in Stadion Antoine Maduro (SUBT). Matches will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancelled matches will be reprogrammed on weekdays. Matches will be led by FFK-affiliated referees, the CVD and the local police force will handle security. Entrance fee is 6 guilders, 60+ and children up till 12 years pay 2,50 guilders.

The Liga MCB 2016 is dedicated to the following people; Ruben Brandborg (ex-player), Edgar Meulens (ex-player), Wilbert Martijn (ex-player), Keneth Brigitha (referee) and Erwin Rekondi (ex-coach). By dedicating the 2016 championship FFK wants to honor these people for their great contribution to the development of football in Curacao. 

Liga MCB will be played in a familiar way: two rounds followed by round of 6, round of 4 and finals.
