Curacao beats Surinam 3-2

The friendly match between Curacao and Surinam in Almere, the Netherlands, ended in a 3-2 win for Curacao. Vidarell Merencia, Prince Rajcomar and Jason Wall scored for Curacao. The technical staff consisting of Patrick Kluivert and Etienne Siliee had a number of new players in the team. Kemy Augustien, Jonathan Richard, Jeremy de Nooijer and Luiginio Hoyer joined the Curacao selection. Goalkeeper Eloy Room could not come as his club is playing in the paly-offs of the Dutch competition.
The Almere stadiu was sold-out due to the many Curacao ans Surinam fans living in the Netherlands enjoying th eopportunity to see their national selections live. Thanks to Live Streaming, people in Curacao could also watch the game.
