CONCACAF Women's Day, May 23
By Lidanel Molenaar | 20 May, 2015
The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) have announced the creation of a dedicated day to mark and celebrate women’s football across the region. Planned as an annual event, the first Women’s Football Day will be marked on 23May.
Curacao will celebrate Women’s Football Day with a 5 vs 5 tournament for U-15 and U-20 at two different locations. Teams have been formed at the local schools and will be picked up by bus on Saturday morning and be transported to the fields. Looking forward to another great grassroots event!
