National Selection CSA U-13 brings home Cup from Himno y Bandera tournament in Aruba

In March a U-13 selections travveled to Aruba to represent Curacau at the yearly international  “Himno y Bandera” tournament. Other participants were the Aruba National selection and teams from Venezuela and Colombia.

The Curacao Soccer Academy is a special talent development program for youth football players, an initiative of Fundashon Bon Intenshon and FFK. Since February 2012 these talents train 3 times a week with the Curacao Soccer Academy. They represent Curacao in national selections in their age category (U-10 up till U-15).

In the 2012 edition of the tournament the Curacao U-13 ende second place behind Aruba. This year the Curacao team proved unbeatable: they won all matches including the final against Aruba!
