KNVB course for Youth Coach U-15

This summer, FFK organized a KNVB World Coach course for trainers in the Youth Competition in the U-15 category as part of the education agreement with the Dutch Football Federation KNVB. KNVB instructors Errol 'Joy' St. Jago and Etienne Siliee were in charge of the 5-day course.
Topics treated in the course were the modern principles of football development of children in that age category. Another important topic treated in the course is leadership. In dealing with  youngsters in this age category trainers need their methods and instruments in dealing with the challenges presented.
A total of 28 persons participated in the course and also two interns.  FFK urges all trainers to put their experience to actual practice and join a club to help out with the regular trainings.
