Centro Dominguito wins Grand Final Liga MCB First Division

The Grand Final of the Liga MCB First Division was played on October 26 in the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Brievengat between Centro Dominguito and Centro Barber. It was a highly anticipated match as the teams have often played Finals against one another,.  Last year, Centro Barber beat Centro Dominguito in the Finals, and in 2014 Centro Dominguito won the Championship.

It was a match that in the local language would be described as 'kaliente' (hot). With a halftime score of 2-1 with the advantage for Centro Dominguito, the second half of the match had some dramatic moments. In the 88th minute at a score of 3-2 advantage Centro Dominguito after a Centro Barber own goal, Centro Barber was awarded a penalty which Centro Dominguito keeper Jarzinho Pietersz stopped! Centro Dominguito then showed its killer instinct and scored in the 90th minute - final score 4-2. Congrats to our 2015 champion Centro Dominguito!
