National selection to Cuba for CFU Tournament
After an intensive training period, our national selection of Futsal will travel to Cuba on January 18 to participate in the first round of the CFU Futsal Tournament. The 2016 CFU Tournament is composed of two groups of four with Antigua & Barbuda, Guyana, Haiti and Trinidad & Tobago in Group 1, while Group 2 has Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Sint Maarten and host, Cuba.
The tournament lasts from 22 til 26 of March and our selection will play the following matches in Group 1, consisting of Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Antigua& Barbuda and Curacao. Matches take place in the Sala Polivalente Kid Chocolate.

The best two teams of each group will play in the Final on March 26. The CFU Tournament will advance two teams to the 2016 CONCACAF Futsal Championship in May. The CONCACAF event will double as the region’s qualifier for the 2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Colombia.
